1. Background:

Community Motivation & Development Organization (CMDO) is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 1998 and registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and Department of Social Welfare KPK. CMDO is working for the uplift of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Province.

With the financial support from Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF, CMDO is implementing Livelihood Employment & Enterprise Development (LEED) Project in two districts of KP i.e. Bannu & Lakki Marwat. Capacity Building of Community Resource Persons (CRPs), CIGs PCs NYKs and technical Skill   and vocational trainings for poor communities.   such as Village Organizations, Local Support Organization (VOs & LSOs) and CMDO Field Staff is one of the main components of the project.
